This solar voltaic panel rack was centered over an outlet previously used for a furnace exhaust vent. My low budget approach utilized pvc pipe, an iron rod, some “erector set” type angle iron and some mini-casters for wheels. A handle below inside residence facilitated the occasional movement neccessary a few times a day to follow the sun as it moved through the sky. As the seasons change the panel’s slope was adjusted to optimize the power reception.
